You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
β Return Conditions
- Items must be unopened and unused with the seal intact
- Individual packaging must remain sealed (due to hygiene standards for skincare products)
- Products must be in their original condition with all packaging intact
- Opened or used patches cannot be returned for health and safety reasons
Note: Due to the nature of skincare products, we cannot accept returns of opened items.

Refund Method Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.

Cancellation After Shipment Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.

All returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. The return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.
