Return Period
You have 30 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.
Return Conditions
Items must be unwashed, unworn, and in original condition, with all tags still attached.
Shoes must be returned in their original box, without any damage to the box itself.
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be eligible for return.
How to Request a Return
Send an email to support@solveeaze.com with your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for return.
Shipping Costs
The cost of returning an item to our warehouse is at your own expense.
Please make sure to send your package using a trackable shipping method.
⚠️ Our return facility is located in China, which means return shipping costs may be higher than domestic rates.

Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.
Refund Method
Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed.
Refund Amount
The refunded amount includes only the price of the returned item. Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless stated otherwise.

You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible if you wish to cancel.
How to Cancel an Order
Send an email to support@solveeaze.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Cancellation After Shipment
Once your order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled.
Return Address
All returns must be sent to our warehouse in China. The return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
Once you’ve registered your return by email, you’ll receive the specific return address.
⚠️ Please make sure your package is securely packed and shipped with a tracking number.
Returns without a tracking number will not be accepted. Once we receive your return, we’ll process it as quickly as possible.
